Speakers should plan on presenting for 40-50 min, leaving time for questions (10-15 min) from the audience.

PowerPoint or similar software is recommended.

The presenter will have a test connection with the host the week before the presentation to assure a smooth presentation on the day.

Presenters are requested to provide a short abstract, short bio, and a picture for their presentation that will be made available on this website and the mailing list one week before the presentation

The presentation is streamed live on YouTube and recorded on Zoom, with the presenters' permission.

The recorded presentation (via YouTube) will be distributed through our mailing list and archived securely by the hosts.
